A passion for plant-based food
Mum and daughter duo, Tracy and Ria, both committed vegans and self-confessed foodies opened Scoffs in 2021. Fed up with the limited choices plant-based eaters are faced with, they thought sod this - let's open a normal high street cafe that serves all your favourite cafe foods using plant-based ingredients.

The emphasis on our menu is excellent quality, cafe style food - veganised. A place where you can come and choose ANYTHING on the menu, knowing that none of our food contains any animal derivatives. All sourced as sustainably as possible and created with love and passion for you and your family.
A sustainability mindset
Creating a more sustainable future is at the heart of everything we do, from the way we prepare our food to the ingredients that are sourced. All our packaging is environmentally friendly too.
We work with like-minded businesses in the local area to ensure our produce meets the high standards we’ve set for ourselves and to provide our customers with healthy, delicious meals.
We also champion charities such as Sea Shepherd, Ivy Dene Rabbit Rescue and Let's Talk Foxes by collecting donations and offering discounts to anyone who works for these organisations.
Serving the local community and beyond
With roots in the local community, we’re proud to serve Horsforth and welcome guests from further afield. We aim to provide a comfortable space where anyone can drop by for a chat, eat some tasty food and feel at home.
We also provide catering services at events of all types. Whether it’s a family gathering or a wedding, we’re happy to come to you and deliver an unforgettable food experience.
